ISLAMABAD: Big things are being said for government employees in the budget for the new financial year. Employees also have high hopes for the government this year. Because even in the previous budget, the salary was not increased. Now the Pay and Pension Commission has prepared its recommendations.

According to sources, the finance ministry, like all other employees, is working to close the gap by paying low-paid employees the same as other employees. Similarly, emphasis has laid on creating a new structure.
Pay & Pension recommends continuing employee benefits. While they have reserved about the rising cost of pensions. Similarly, the government spending is also rising.
