Full Decision Pay Protection of Educators of Supreme Court has issued. So, the chief secretary Punjab has not won this case from educators in the province. Before that Lahore high court has decided in the favor of educators. But the government decides that time to go to the supreme court of Pakistan.
However, this petition of the Punjab govt has dismissed. So, the educators are happy now with this final decision of the supreme court. The court has decided to not interfere in the matter and leave refused the judgment.

In addition, Learned Addl. A.G.: submits ‘that the respondents were appointed on contract in the year 2000 and their services had regularized from the date, of Notification: dated 19.10.2009. However, they had regularized on their initial ‘pay as it stood in the year 2000, and the subsequent increments in the salary over the next nine years were not included.
In other words, it has separated from the salary and converted into Personal Allowance. Which has granted to the respondents at the time of regularization. Add. A.G. when asked whether by not including the increments in the salary under clause 6 of notification. Similarly, converting them into Personal Allowance. So, the terms & conditions of service of the respondent employees were adversely affected. In as much as, they would not enjoy the same financial benefits. Which they would have, had their final salary considered, at the time of regularization.
The court has ordered to ensure the dignity of employees under articles 9 & 14 of the constitution.
