Today I am sharing the ACR / PERs Form for Class-4 in Punjab BPS1 to BPS4. So, the Punjab government has given a chance to all employees having BPS1 to BPS4. After completing one year of service, they can submit the ACR form in Urdu.
However, we are submitting this PER form here on this page. All Class-4 employees of Punjab may print this form directly or after downloading it. Similarly, you can comment below if you have any problem downloading this form.
