Holi Festival 2021 of Hindu & Advance Salary Disbursement in Pakistan for govt employees. So, a letter has been issued for pay, allowances, and Pension. The Punjab government has submitted this letter.
However, the Finance Punjab has worked on it. So, the Hindu community in Pakistan is happy to get the salary for March 2021 before the Holi festival.

In addition, this letter has been submitted to the AG, district accounts, and treasury officers in Punjab. So, the government will disburse pay, allowances, and pension in advance for March 2021. Therefore, the same wording was used in the subject of that letter.
In other words, the Punjab Governor is pleased to disburse salary in advance in the Hindu community. The employees will get an advance salary in the bank account on 22nd March 2021.

The Hindu community will celebrate HOLI soon. Therefore, some govt employees related to that community will celebrate it. So, the government agreed to give pay & pension in advance.
