Daily Wages Employees Policy 2021 for Regularization has issued. So, the government has updated the full policy framework in this regard. Actually, this notification has issued on 29th January 2021.
In addition, this policy has approved by provincial cabinet members. So, the documents have described the actual position of daily wages and contingent paid staff in the province.

However, the legal position has told in this policy for day employees. So, it has said that these are fundamental rights under constitution article 25. Therefore, they should regularize the employees on daily wages.
All employees are Pakistani citizens. Therefore, it is the responsibility of the government to fulfill basic needs. Similarly, there should not discrimination in services if the employees are qualified for appointment.
In other words, the supreme court has ordered a judgment that properly fulfills posts. No post can be filled if there is no publicity with advertisement etc.

In addition, the supreme court has said that even ad-hoc or contract recruitment posts should fulfill with the proper advertisement in the newspaper.
