School Teacher EST Physical Promotion Contrary to Service Rules. An order has issued on 10 August 2020. So, School education has submitted to CEOs in Punjab province.
In addition, this is order about the teachers working under school education department. Therefore, the promotion orders of EST Physical education has withdrawn.

However, it has directed to withdraw orders of promotion as an elementary physical teacher. So, I have conveyed to you that this order has delivered on 29 October 2019. It was against the SED Punjab service rules 1987. At that time, this was an order to make recoveries as per law.
In other words, the Supreme court has decided on the judgment dated 18 October 2019. So, the Writ Petition number was 4439/2017. Its CMA number was 8554/2017.

Above all, the court FST had made recoveries on appellants at that time.
Lastly, it has ordered that keeping in view of this judgment above. No made recoveries of these teachers. However, all physical teacher’s promotion orders have withdrawn now.
