Notification Higher Education Institution KPK Winter Vacations has issued. So, the government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa pleased to extend winter vacations.
In addition, this notification No. SOG/HE/P-Measurement/2020 has issued. So, the higher education department (archives & Libraries) has updated this news on 1st February 2021.

However, the department has issued two notifications before. Therefore, I shall mention the reference of those too. The previous notifications issued on 25th November 2020 & 15 January 2021.
In other words, the competent authority has extended the winter vacations in colleges of KPK. These winter vacations have extended for the winter zone only in the province.
The government of higher education KPK has extended till 15 February 2021 now. So, the government colleges will avail these holidays. It has announced for those areas where is harsh cold weather in KPK.

Above all, you know that the government of Pakistan has opened educational institutes on 1st February. It is due to COVID-19. So, it has ordered the institutions to fulfill the SOPs of COVID-19.
The government is happy that there are fewer cases of Covid in the country. As you all know that the whole world is facing a severe situation in this regard.
