Pay & Pension Commission Report 2020 for Pakistan Employees has not updated till 16 August 2020. The government has established a pay & pension commission on 16th April 2020.
The subject of this notification was the constitution of pay & pension commission 2020. Therefore, in this notification, the finance division constitutes pay & pension commission. So, this notification has issued on 16th April but the Pakistan government constitutes commission on 14th April.

However, the federal government has decided not to increase the pay & pension of employees. In the budget 2020, the government has taken strict decisions for employees. So, not only the federal government but also different provincial governments (Punjab, KPK, AJK, and Balochistan) have decided not to increase salaries pension and allowances of Pak workers.
In other words, this was the worst budget for employees of Pakistan. Therefore, all govt employees protest on this decision, and govt constitutes a commission. After constituting a commission, the officers of the commission recommends increasing salaries.

In addition, the finance division was the main hurdle during budget presentations this year. The finance division reports that the government will face 25 billion if a 10% salary increase during the fiscal year 2020-21. Therefore, it has decided to constitute a commission and that commission will report after budget presentation.
