The government of Punjab School Education has issued the order of Punjab teachers. Under the rationalization 2020 orders issued, So, Dr. Murad Raas started this SIS transfer online on 18-08-2020.
However, the Education Minister announced this policy in February this year. In other words, he was not in a position to implement. Therefore, he could not implement it at that time. So, he waited till now and implemented it on 18th August.
Therefore, Dr. Murad Raas has said that he will try to improve the education system in the province. So, many schools are overstaffed. Therefore, he will try to equalize school staff as per strength.
However, the school education Minister has met with the delegation of teachers associations in this regard. Above all, teacher’s unions are not in favor of implementing that rationalization.
In addition, after a long time, Murad Raas has succeeded in implementing it. Now, the school education has despatch orders online through the SIS App. So, he has cleared to benefit teachers through this policy. In particular, woman teachers will be adjusted in nearby schools. Therefore, it has been said that policymakers will depute female teachers to 5 km and male teachers to 12 km.
