The government of Punjab has issued a letter regarding 1.5Times Monthly Basic Pay Special Judicial Allowance 2022. So, the finance department of Punjab has issued a letter FD.SR-IV/3-19/2020 dated 22-07-2022.
However, the finance has submitted a letter to the registrar of LHC Punjab. Similarly, they have submitted to all session judges in the province.

In addition, the chief minister has announced a special allowance for the judiciary in the province. So, employees other than the judiciary are facing problems with their salaries. They are protesting against the difference in the salaries of different departments.
In other words, the CM Punjab has approved this allowance under Article 240 read with section 23. Similarly, they have mentioned a letter of even number dated 25-01-2021.
At last, It is necessary to tell you all that this increase will be effective from 01-07-2022.
