The government of Sindh announced Summer Vacation 2021 Sindh extended until 31 July. So, the home department of Sindh has updated the order in this regard.
However, the government has issued an order SOJI/8-I(04)2020 dated 23-07-2021. So, the Sindh govt has ordered to close of all public and private universities in the jurisdiction.

In addition, Coronavirus is changing the schedule in the country. Before that, the govt of Sindh has announced no holidays this year in 2021. But a fourth wave is spreading rapidly in the big city of Karachi.
Therefore, the home department govt of Sindh is extending the summer holidays in the university. All public and private universities shall remain closed in the jurisdiction of the province of Sindh only.
Saeed Ghani education minister has held a meeting in the previous month. He has decided that educational institutes will arrange exams. Similarly, he has announced that time about board class exams too.

A meeting has endorsed the board examinations of only elective subjects this year. So, the temperature has risen and Corona’s fourth wave is at its peak. Therefore, the government has reviewed previous meeting decisions.
At last, the government has decided to extend these holidays this time.
