Punjab Special Education Department issued a letter regarding the E-Transfer Schedule 2021. So, the government of Punjab has issued a letter SO(ESTT)TP-2020/2021.
However, the government has submitted this letter on 9th July 2021. So, it has been submitted to all district education officers special education and all the officers (teaching /Non-teaching staff) special education department.

In addition, I am sharing this e-transfer schedule for 2021. So, the competent authority has approved this e-transfer schedule against vacant posts and for mutual transfer for the year 2021.
Transfer against Vacant Posts:
Firstly, the government has given an e-transfer schedule on open merit against vacant posts. So, all officers(teaching and non-teaching staff) BS-16 & above may apply from 12 July to 26th July 2021. Similarly, the district education officers will verify these applicants from 27th July to 05th August 2021.
I think that the SIS app will generate e-transfer orders in August like SED. The school education is working on the SIS Punjab app login for a fair e-transfer system.

Mutual Transfer:
At last, the government has issued a schedule for mutual transfer. Therefore, staff BS-16 & above will apply from 12th July till further orders. Similarly, the DEO will start verification from 12th July till further orders. So, the SIS App will generate orders on completion of the e-process and after approval of the competent authority.
