The government has issued a 10% Salary Increase 2021 Notification Punjab Adhoc Relief. So, the finance department of Punjab issued it on 12th July 2021 today.
However, the federal government has issued such notification here before. Therefore, it is clear that the Punjab government is late in this regard.
30% Salary Increase 2023 Notification Punjab Adhoc Relief
In addition, all employees of Punjab will get this allowance of @10 percent of running basic pay scale 2017. So, this Adhoc relief allowance 2021 applied from 01-07-2021. Therefore, the government will deduct income from this amount every month.

Similarly, the government has announced for employees working in BPS-01 to BPS-22. So, the employees can get on LPR but not on Pension or gratuity. All departments of Punjab have set budgetary allocations for the fiscal year 2021-2022. Therefore, no supplementary grant will be issued for Adhoc allowance ARA-2021.

So, the government of Punjab has issued a notification regarding a special allowance of @25%. But the finance department has not issued any other benefits than the above-said allowances.
An issue has arisen here that the finance has chosen few allowances in the notification. Therefore, the district account officers want to clarify other allowances. They have written a letter to Treasury officers in this regard.
