Govt Employees Pay Pension Disbursement in Advance on Eid ul Azha 2021 has been announced. So, the government has updated a letter on 6 July 2021.
In addition, the government of Pakistan’s expenditure wing of finance has issued it. So, the federal govt servants and pensioners will get pay pensions in advance on Eid ul Azha 2021.
Govt Employees Pay Pension Disbursement in Advance on Eid
However, the Punjab govt has issued such type of notification to disburse salary and pension on 16th July. But there was no condition in this regard. Now when I check this letter there are some conditions.
Therefore, it has cleared that there is a rule of treasury 217 to disburse salary and pension in advance. If a festival like Eid falls during the last ten days of the month.

Similarly, it has been said that govt will not disburse in advance within the last five days. So, it depends on the sighting of the moon. Eid ul Azha 2021 has expected on 20th July or 21st July 2021.
Therefore, the rule is clear if the employees observe eid on 21st July 2021. Because it lies within the last ten days of a month.
