25% Special Allowance Notification 2021 Punjab Finance has issued, So, Finance department Punjab has issued on 07 July 2021. The employees will avail of this allowance from 1st June 2021.
However, the federal govt has issued a notification regarding disparity reduction allowance 2021. So, the federal employees will get this allowance with effect from 1st March 2021 on running basic pay. Similarly, the Gilgit Baltistan govt has issued such notification. But other provincial govt could not follow federal instructions.
25% Special Allowance Notification 2021 Punjab Finance
In addition, the govt of Punjab has issued this special allowance notification. Punjab employees are not feeling well with this notification of finance. Therefore, they are saying that there are terms and conditions difficult to understand.
In other words, the govt has written that the following allowances with basic pay may get this allowance.
- House Rent Allowance
- Medical Allowanceaccount officers
- Conveyance Allowance
- Adhoc Relief Allowances 2016 to 2021

This allowance has been approved only for the financial year 2021-2022 only. Similarly, it has been mentioned that all DDOs, account officers and accountant general Punjab are responsible to ensure its payment to eligible employees.
