The school Education SED has issued a new time-scale promotion notification for 2020. So, It is about time scale personal up-gradation BS 16 & above. Actually, the section officer promotion has written a letter to DPI SE. This letter is advice regarding personal up-gradation of scale.
Time Scale Promotion Notification 2020:
In other words, we can say that it is a letter, not a notification. But notification is used commonly nowadays. Therefore, I am sending a notification. All teachers in Punjab who are working in BS 16 & above lie in this letter. Similarly, there is a reference to previous notifications and letters in this context.
However, the government has issued this letter on 17th September. He is referring to previous letters and notifications of July and August of this year. The finance department has issued these previous letters before.

Case Examining regarding Time Scale SED 2020:
In addition, the case has been examined in this regard. After that, all orders of the time scale of teachers Bs16 & above were withdrawn. Similarly, recovery of overpayment will be made here.
So, it is a piece of shocking news for teachers of Punjab. They are working hard for the nation of Pakistan. But the government is disheartening all employees of Pakistan in different ways.
