The school education department has issued a Notification, MA Education Degree, as Academic & Professional. So, the Punjab government school education department issued it on 18th October 2021.
However, the notification number is SO(SE-I)I-58/2015. Therefore, the secretary of school education in Punjab has taken action in this regard. For this, the government has established a committee.
Notification of MA Education Degree as Academic & Professional
In addition, this committee has recommended equalizing the qualification. The Qualification Equivalence Determination Committee QEDC works on it. Therefore, the members have decided in its meeting held on 30-09-2020.
Now after one year, they have been notified of the degree of MA Education. Therefore, they will consider a master’s in education as academic as well as professional education.
