KPK govt has issued a Promotion Notification of Junior Clerk to Senior Clerk. So, the provincial government’s higher education department has announced the names of promotees.
However, KPK HED has issued this notification on 09-09-2021. So, all junior clerks on the list have been promoted to senior clerks.

In addition, these junior clerks are working in BS-11. So, they are lying in the college cadre. Therefore, all these college cadres’ junior clerks are now senior clerks BS-14.
In other words, they will work as a senior clerk in colleges and their basic scale is 14. The directorate of higher education has promoted these clerks with immediate effect.
Similarly, in the list below, they show the serial number, name of the junior clerk with college name, an adjustment in the college, and against a vacant post-AVP.
