Punjab SHC & ME Department has requested Regularization from the Date of Initial Appointment of contract employees. So we are updating this Regularization Request 2021 from the Date of the Initial Appointment on 26th July 2021.
However, the services institute of medical sciences has submitted this letter to the secretary of S&GAD Regulation wing Punjab. Therefore, the subject is Request for Same Treatment Among Employees in Respect of Regularization of service from the initial date of appointment on a contract basis.

However, I have directed to refer to the subject noted above. So, this is to enclose herewith a copy of letter No 5296/Principal, dated 05.10.2020.
So, the Principal, Services Institute of Medical Sciences / Service Hospital, Lahore, has submitted it. Therefore, he has requested the employees of his Institute regarding regularization of their services from the date of initial appointment.
In addition, the applicants have submitted applications for the inclusion of their contract services into seniority. Similarly, their regularization from their date of initial appointment on the analogy of regularization of the case of employees of S&GAD.

In other words, the employees have regularized from the date of their initial appointment. So, under the direction of the Hon’ble Punjab Service Tribunal, Lahore issued vide order dated 11.02.2020.

I am further directed to request you to kindly tender advice whether the fore-said employees can be regularized from the date of their initial appointment on the analogy of employees of S&GAD which was made from the date of their initial appointment on the direction of Hon’ble Punjab Service Tribunal, Lahore issued vide order dated 11.02.2020 or otherwise?
