The BISE Multan has issued a notification of utility allowance for Punjab board employees. So, the Punjab board committee has recommended this allowance on 09-04-2021.
However, a meeting 359 has held on 02-07-2021. In the meeting, they decided to defer the case till the approval of a higher authority.

In addition, the higher education department controlling authority has discussed this matter here. So, the controlling authority has approved this allowance on 07-07-2021. In this regard, they have issued a letter SO(Boards)6-5/2018 dated 07-07-2021.

So, the finance department of Punjab has issued this notification at different rates. Therefore, the government has revised these rates for board employees. All Punjab board employees will get this allowance w.e.f 01-07-2021. The Punjab govt finance department has allowed this allowance except for deputations.
In other words, we are providing detail from grade 1 to grade 19. The minimum allowance is 6000 rupees and the maximum is 30 thousand rupees mentioned in the table below.
