The govt Pakistan has revised Federal Government Employees Integrated and Orderly Allowance. So, there are two notifications in this regard. I am sharing these notifications for your kind information.
However, the Finance division regulation wing Pakistan has issued these notifications. So, the government has revised as per the speech of budget 2021. Before that, it has mentioned in the speech. But now there is final authentic information in the form of notification.
Federal Government Employees Integrated and Orderly Allowance
Firstly we talk about orderly allowance. So, the president has approved this allowance for BS-20 to 22 govt employees. All federal employees who are working under civil govt and applied w.e.f 1st July 2021.

Revised Integrated Allowance 2021:
However, the government has issued this notification F.No. 6(1)R-5/2005 regarding integrated allowance. Therefore, this notification has referred previous notification dated 01-07-2016.
In addition, The president has revised these rates in 2021 for Qasids, Naib Qasids, and Daftris. So, this allowance has increased from 450 per month to 900 per month.
Above all these two notifications have updates for federal employees only. When other provincial governments will issue such notification. I shall share among provincial employees soon.
