KPK Budget 2021-22 Salary Increase 10 percent & 21000 minimum wages. So, KPK Budget 2021-22 was presented on 18th June 2021. Therefore, KPK employees are happy with this.
However, the KPK govt has announced different types of salary increases than Punjab and Federal. 11 trillion 18 billion 30 crores have been presented in the assembly.
KPK Budget 2021-22 Salary Increase 10 percent & 21000
In addition, the KPK govt has increased 100% Pension for families of Pensioners. The details are given below,
- Adhoc Relief Allowance 2021 = 10% from 1st July.
- Functional Allowance or Sectoral Allowance = 20%
- Pension Increase of 10% but 100% for widows of pensioners.
- Enhancement in minimum wages = 21000 per month
- 7% of Basic Pay for House Rent
Adhoc Relief Allowance 2021:
Adhoc Relief Allowance 2021 has increased by 10%. Similarly, all other federal or provincial except the Sindh govt have increased it the same. However, the Sindh government has increased by 20% ARA 2021.
Functional Allowance (Sectoral Allowance):
The KPK government announced 20 percent as a functional or sectoral allowance. Whereas the federal government announced it as a disparity reduction allowance of @25% from 1st March 2021. Similarly, the Punjab government named it a special allowance @25% increase from 1st June 2021. The Sindh govt has not announced this allowance yet.

Pension Increase:
If we talk about pension increase then the KPK govt has increased 10 percent pension for pensioners. However, the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government announced a 100 pc pension increase for widows and their families.
Minimum Wages:
The minimum wage was announced @21000 per month. However, the Punjab and federal govt announced @ 20000 per month only.
House Rent Allowance:
The KPK announced a house rent allowance of @7% of the basic pay.
