The government has issued an English Teacher Advance Increments Notification in the Punjab year 2021. So, this notification number is FD-SR-V/21-47/2012. The Finance department Punjab has issued on 7th April 2021.
However, from Lahore, the govt has submitted this letter to the secretary, AGPR, and district account officers in the province. So, the subject of this letter is the grant of advance increments to the English teachers.
English Teacher Advance Increments Notification Punjab 2021
In addition, the Punjab service tribunal has decided in this regard under appeal 1545/2010 dated 04-10-2010. So, the supreme court has directed the civil petition 16-204/2011. Therefore, these English teachers have allowed advance increments after acquiring an MA M.Ed degree.
In other words, these English teachers have recruited on the basis of B.A/ B.Sc. or B.Ed. So, the chief minister has approved advance increments for these teachers.

The Supreme Court of Pakistan & Punjab service tribunal has decided on that before. Therefore, this notification has been mentioned in Para1.
Similarly, it has decided to make no recovery and refixation of pay in this case. So, it has been written in the letter that the finance department discontinued advance increments under the policy on 01-12-2001. This policy letter has issued on 22-10-2001.
