Punjab School Education Notifications 2021 has been issued for the next Academic Year. So, the government of Punjab is serious about delivering quality education.
After the decision of the Lahore High Court, the School Education Punjab has issued this notification. Therefore, the notification SO(ER-II(4-28/2020 has issued on 22nd January 2021.

However, the Lahore High Court has decided on writ petition 45710/2020. So, this petition was in between the Punjab govt and Saeed. This decision was taken on 24th December last year.
In addition, the competent authority is pleased to circulate this decision. Therefore, it has decided in the direction of LHC now. This is an order after starting next academic year.

In other words, the private or public schools will not suggest any kind of reading material now. However, if the government has approved it. Then they can prescribe it for their children in school.
The government will take serious action against public or private schools. So, that said in case of any violation. Similarly, the school education in Punjab has been mentioned in the previous letter. This letter SO(ER-II)1-18/2017 dated 09-12-2020 has all the instructions of the department.
