Notification Punjab Public Holidays 2020 Schedule for Employees of Province
A Notification has issued to Punjab government services & General administration S&GAD Department. So, this notification has issued on 17th December 2019. Therefore, It is a notification for all the government employees working under the Punjab government.

However, the Public and optional holiday notification has issued every year for government employees of Pakistan. So, for federal employees, the interior ministry issues that notification regarding public holidays. Therefore, the provincial government issues for employees working under that government.
In this notification, a complete schedule of public holidays for the year 2020 has given. Above all, there are public and optional holidays for the coming year 2020. In addition, some public holidays have not fixed because these holidays depend upon the moon’s appearance. So, these holidays date may change but some are fixed like Kashmir day on 5th February and Pakistan day on 23rd March, etc.
Optional Holidays 2020:
There are different optional holidays given for the year 2020. These holidays relate to different communities in the province of Punjab. So, those government employees have proof to arrange these festivals then the optional holiday approved of that government employee. Before that interior ministry of Pakistan has issued such type of Notification. Now the provincial government of Punjab is serious to issue such types of notifications.
