SIS E-Transfer Tenure Revised from Three to One Year for Schools

Letter No. DD (M)/e-Transfer /2019 has issued regarding SIS E-Transfer Tenure Revised from Three to One Year for School Teachers. So, the government of the Punjab school education department is active now.  (monitoring wing) Lahore has updated on the 19^th of May, 2019. It has submitted to all DEAs District Education Authorities Chief Executive Officers, in Punjab.

SUBJECT: MINIMUM TENURE REQUIREMENT FOR E-TRANSFER FOR PUBLIC SCHOOL TEACHERS IN PUNJAB. REVISED FROM THREE YEARS TO ONE YEAR 

2. It has stated that the recently launched e-Transfer System is gaining widespread appreciation as well as an overwhelmingly positive response from all partners. Especially from the network of good educators for its straightforwardness. Similarly, accommodation of applying through cell phones, particularly amid the long stretch of Ramadan.

3. Further, so as to encourage the most extreme number of educators, the Competent Authority has reexamined the base residency necessity (for exchange qualification), from three years to one year. In like manner. the e-Transfer framework will begin tolerating exchange applications with a reexamined least residency of 1 year from 3:00 pm Monday, May, twentieth, 2019 and the due date to submit applications has been fixed as May 30th, 2019.

4. In this regard, all eligible teachers who had submitted their transfer requests earlier, are required to resubmit their e-Transfer applications. They may submit via the SIS e-Transfer App. So as to give all an equal opportunity to participate and to take advantage of the improved points regime.

5. Therefore, you have requested to disseminate the above instructions to the lower formation and all Heads of public schools for compliance / Implementation.
