2. The case has analyzed in the Regulations Wing. S&GAD. So, it has seen that according to the change in Contract Appointment Policy, 2004. Therefore, vide notice bearing No. DS (O&M) 5-3/2004/Contract (MF) dated 21.05.2012.

However, the capable expert, (for motivations) has recorded as a hard copy. So, to permit one-time exchange amid the residency of 3 to 5 years as an exceptional regulation.

In addition, here, 3 to 5 years does not imply that after the fruition of 3 years or 5 years shot of exchange can be benefited. The significance of this alteration is that if an agreement representative is delegated for 3 or multi-year, he benefits one-time allotment for his exchange amid said residency whenever.
