Pay Protection Rules 2019 for Past Service of Contract Teachers
However, with the enactment Government of KPK Khyber Pakhtunkhwa E&SED (Elementary & Secondary education Department). Notification SO-(S/F)-E&SED/3-2/2018/SIT/Contract dated 16-02.2018 has issued. So, it has notified for the data of all DEOs (Male/Female) E&SE in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Therefore, the future course of action that consequent upon regularization of all teacher/ employees.
They have appointed on a contract basis or Ad-hoc over NTS during the period or year from (2014, 2015 & 2017-18). Similarly, regularized during 2018. There all are allowable Pay-Protection towards their past or previous service rendered by the disturbed employees. The teachers as Ad-hoc/ contract employees/ teachers in line with Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa KPK (Finance Department) Circular FD/ (SOR-1)12-7/2014 dated 06-02.2014 as per rule FR-22-(b).
The previously mentioned Pay Protection is additionally permissible to those instructors/representatives enlisted to E&SE Department from other Provincial Departments of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa through legitimate channel/NOC and subject to the condition that there is no break/Interruption between administrations rendered Another Provincial Department and E&SE Department as allowable under standard FR-23.
All the District Education Officers (Male/Female) in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa are the ‘Pay Protection’ cases of teachers/employees working under their respective Districts may not be referred to this Directorate in future.
