Supreme Court cases Update on recruitment disabled quota
Notification No. SO (SE-REC) 2-85/2017(P-III) dated Lahore the 18th January 2019 regarding Supreme Court cases on recruitment against 3% disabled quota by school education department Punjab.
It is submitted to the Director of Public Instructions (SE/EE) Punjab Lahore and All Chief Executive Officers DEAs Punjab.
Subject – RECRUITMENT AGAINST 3% DISABLED QUOTA.
In continuation of this Department letter of even number dated 17 01 2019 on the subject above The Competent Authority has desired that the following timelines may be observed for making recruitment against 396 disable quota reserved for Ministerial Cadre posts.
Timelines:
- · Advertisement in Newspapers by Chairman District Recruitment Committee. Till 25.01.2019
- · Last date for submission of applications in concerned offices 09.02 2019
- · Scrutiny of applicants 11.02.2019 to 12.02.2019
- · Display of pre-interview merit lists 13.02.2019
- · Receiving of objections & decisions 14.02 2019 to 16.02 2019
- · Interview of candidates 18.02.2019
- · Display of final merit lists 20 02.2019
- · Issuance of Letters of Agreement 22.02.2019
Above all, The recruitment shall be made strictly on merit in accordance with law/rules/ policy.
A copy of the advertisement may kindly be furnished to this Department for onward submission to Social Welfare Bait-ulu-Mall Department. Govt. of Punjab.
