Sindh govt has issued a Notification No. CTC (SGA&CD) 4(259)/2001 dated 30-01-2019. The Pakistan Holidays 2019 has been announced on the occasion of Kashmir Solidarity Day. The Sindh government SGA&CD has issued.

However, the Sindh Government has announced as Pakistan Holidays 2019 on 5th February. 2019 (Tuesday). So all employees will observe as a Public Holiday throughout the Sindh province. It is on the occasion of Kashmir Solidarity Day. There will be a one-minute silence at 10.00 a.m. to honor Kashmiri Shuhada. Therefore, all offices, Semi-Autonomous, Autonomous, Corporations, and Local Councils under the Administrative Control of the Government of Sindh, except essential services will observe it.
