However, the Elementary and Secondary education department in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has updated it.

For example, It has directed me to refer to your letter no. 3194/F No. PST (male) Promotion cases in KP dated 16-04-2018. Another letter No. 9108/F No. PA to DDE (male) Estab/KP dated 05.11.2018 on the cited subject has been issued.

Guidelines regarding notification KPK Primary School Teacher:
So, It is to convey the following guidelines/decisions of the competent authority for implementation/advice:-
- After the rules have been amended, new rules shall follow for promotions and appointments.
- The professional Diploma or certificate or Degree has been waived off only for initial recruitment as the government department has provided a subsequent induction program of 6, 9 months post-service training in lieu thereof.
- For promotions, the qualifications (professional) are still necessary as no alternate has so far been provided for it.
It has, therefore, requested to implement the above-mentioned guidelines in letter and spirit as desired, please.
