Pension and Payday Advance Notification for Federal Employees
It is submitted to the following offices as under,
(i) The Accountant General, Pakistan Revenues. Islamabad.
(ii) Military Accountant General, Rawalpindi.
(iii) Chief Accounts Officer Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Islamabad.
SUBJECT. DISBURSEMENT OF PAY AND ALLOWANCES/PENSION FOR THE MONTH OF DECEMBER, 2018 IN ADVANCE TO ALL FEDERAL GOVERNMENT SERVANTS AND PENSIONERS BELONGING TO THE CHRISTIAN COMMUNITY ON THE OCCASION OF CHRISTMAS
However, Christians will celebrate Christmas day on 25 December 2018. So, In terms of Note-4 of Rule-217 of Federal Treasury Rules (Vol.1). Therefore, the govt will pay a Salary for the month of December 2018. They will pay on 1st January 2019.
In addition, The pay pension disbursed in advance to the Federal Government Employees belonging to the Christian Community before 1st January. 2019. But not earlier than five days before the date of Christmas.
Above all, It has requested that arrangements may kindly be made to disburse the salary and pension for the month of December 2018 in advance to all Federal Government Servants and pensioners belonging to Christian Community on 20. December 2018.
