The Directorate of Secondary Education has issued a notification of the annual public holidays of QUETTA in Balochistan province dated Quetta on the 20^th November 2018 regarding the Annual Public Holidays 2018 with Long Winter Vacations.

Subject: – ANNOUNCEMENT OF LONG WINTER VACATIONS OF THE SCHOOLS (IN WINTER ZONE AREA) OF THE PROVINCE.

However, Sympathetic finds enclosed with this a copy of Announcement No. SO (Admn)a2-512017- Edn:/2297-09 dated 21-11-2017 regarding an approved schedule of the Winter & Summer vacations in schools. So, It is submitted that the approved routine schedule of the Long Winter vacation in schools of the winter zone area is: 15^th December to 28″ February for winter zone area. Similarly, in the summer zone area from 22^nd December to 31^st December as per Notification. It is therefore requested to kindly allow this Directorate to announce the Long and short winter vacation by issuing a general circular and through print media as detailed below:-

1. LONG WINTER VACATION.) For the Winter zone) with effect from 15^th December 2018 to 28^th February 2019.

2. SHORT SLIMMER VACATION: – w.e.f. 22^nd December 2018 to 31^st December 2018, For the Summer zone area).
