Correction of Annual Census of school Data 2018-19 in Punjab Education

So, this notification has issued dated: Lahore; December 18, 2018. So, this page will show the correction of an annual census of school data 2018-19 in Punjab education.

Subject: CORRECTION OF ANNUAL SCHOOL CENSUS 2018-19 DATA
Above all, Kindly refer to the subject cited above. PMIU has successfully conducted an annual school census 2018-19. In other words, this data will be used for planning and decision making in the school education department e.g. provision of NSB, provision of stipends to girl students, ADP Schemes (reconstruction of dangerous buildings, provision of buildings, missing facilities, additional classrooms and toilets, science and IT laboratories, development of playgrounds, etc.
2. Traditionally, PMIU conducts Annual School Census on October 31st every year through printed forms. This year, it was decided to switch over from manual data collection to digitized data collection through SIS.
However, In order to obtain a complete picture of the sector at a given/ cut-off date, a data completion/ updating activity on SIS was conducted across the province and it was completed on 20th November.
Correction of Annual Census of school Data:
3. Therefore, all districts have submitted complete data of all schools, and the activity was completed on 20th November 2018. So, the data has been evaluated and analyzed in PMIU by DBA 1 Ms. Samina and DBA Mr. Muzaffar, and it has been observed that some schools have reported incomplete/incorrect data for some of the fields in the census form. In addition, a summary of these observations is tabulated below.
