Mr. Muhammad Khalil PST/HT. Govt. Primary School Kot Akbar Pur Dogran The. & District Nankana Sahib has proceeded under the Punjab Employees, Efficiency, Discipline, and Accountability Act 2006 on the charge of poor cleanliness reported by MEA during the month of October 2018.

And whereas, a show-cause notice under section 3 (I) of the PEEDA. Act. 2006 vide this office No.2996. M&E dated 05-12-2018 was served to him. He appeared in person before the undersigned on 06-12-2018 and submitted a written reply.

However, the accused teacher appeared for the personal hearing on the said date. Therefore, after going through the relevant record reply of show cause notice. So, It is concluded that the allegation against the accused teacher Sahib is stood proved.

Now, therefore. I Arshad Ali. District Education Officer (M-EE), Nankana Sahib in my capacity as Competent Authority in an exercise of powers conferred under Section (4) (u) (iii) of PEEDA Act. 2006 do hereby impose a minor penalty of “Its. 10.000/- Fine (Ten Thousand Finer to the accused teacher Mr. Muhammad Khalil PST/HT, Govt. Primary School Kot Akbar Pur Dogran Tehsil & District Nankana Sahib with the direction to be careful in the future.
