However, I am directed to refer to the subject cited above and to state that in order to overcome the shortage of teaching started in the Colleges of Punjab, the Higher Education Department has decided to take the College Teaching Interns (CTI) on the following terms & Conditions:
Qualification and Interview:
So, the relevant subject must be a Master’s Degree (-at least 2nd Division-)
Marks Education Qualification: 85
Qualification marks above Master Degree 05
Marks for position ticklers In Board / University 05
Interview Marks (Interview marks awarded on a satisfactory presentation by the candidate on the subject)

Age Limit: No age limit
Stipend: Rs.30, 000/ – per month, the disbursement of stipend shall take place strictly through cross cheques/bank accounts of selected CTI’s.
Period of Placement: In addition, one Academic Session or the arrival of a regular incumbent/contract appointee, whichever is earlier? So, in case a new vacant situation occurs or a CTI resigns or is not willing to join. Therefore, the next candidate on the merit list shall be given an opportunity to serve as CTI for the remaining period of the contract within the criteria.

TA/DA. 7A/DA as applicable to employees of the status of Lecturers under the rules In case of official duty outside the College premises.
Contract Placement Terms of College Teaching Interns CTIs shall be stop-gap arrangements and purely temporary.
