A letter of General Headquarter Adjutant General Branch Medical Directorate Rawalpindi has issued on 14 Sep 2018 to Ministry of Defense D.2 (A-II) Medical Directorate / DMS (Coord)(tS) Medical Directorate/ DMS 5 (b) regarding Grant of Health Allowance Equal to One Month Basic Pay of Running Salary.
Subject Grant of Health Allowance Equal to One Month Basic Pay of Running Salary to the Health Personnel in BPS Scheme in Civil Appeals No.1631 to 2112 of 2017, Civil Appeal No.216 and Civil Appeals No.806 to 811 of 2016 Ministry of Defense U.O No.6/23/0-2(kill)12014 dated 29 August 2018 is intonated that Ministry of Defense U.O No.6/230-2(A-11)12014 dated 31 July 2C*3 has been received in Medical Directorate 2 With reference to Office of the Military, Accountant General Rawalpindi u o No 231/ATiPC14621-XXXIX/pan dated 10 August 2018. Medical Directorate is in no position to clarify the points raised in para 5 by the account authorities. Medical Directorate conveyed the direction consisted in Finance Division (Regulation Wing) O.M No.F.12(10) R-2/2016.179 dated 2 Apr 2018 for implementation by under command Station Health Organizations (SHOs) Staff vide Setter No. 3550/3007/DMS-5(b)-VSP499 dated 4 May 2018
3. Medical Directorate will follow/implement any instruction issued by the competent authority as proposed by Finance Division (Regulation Wing) vide O.M No.F.12 (10 ‘2/2816.368 dated 24 July 2018.
