The Honorable Chief Minister, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has been pleased to constitute the following committee of the Cabinet Ministers and Provincial Secretaries with the TORs as mentioned below:
1. Mr. Taimoor Saleem Khan Jhagra, Minister for Finance, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. In Chair 2. Mr. Sultan Muhammad Khan, Minister for Law, Parliamentary Affairs & Human Rights, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. 3. Dr. Amjad Ali, Minister for Mines & Mineral, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. 4. The Secretary to Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Finance Department. 5. The Secretary to Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Establishment Department.
· To look Into the grievances of the employees of Secretariat/other Departments arising due to regularization of the project employees in various cadres and grades under the Project Employees Regularization Act, 2018 leading to deprivation of regular employees from the due right of promotion.
· The Committee will also look into the demand of the employees for executive allowance.
· Any other issue which the committee deems appropriate to be highlighted.
The Chief Minister, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has desired that the committee may submit its report within a week time.
