Chief Minister Monitoring Force Punjab Government School Education Department has issued a Notification. So, it is regarding Monthly Monitoring Observations & Monitoring Indicators through Real-Time on 17-09-2018.
Follow-up of all monitoring indicators are
· Teacher presence,
· Students presence,
· Admin visits etc.

However, the government officers are not doing a real Time monthly monitoring observations on regular basis. Due to which the performance of districts is not reflected.
You are, therefore, once again requested to direct the concerned focal person to update the action taken according to indicators of Chief Minister Reforms Roadmap.
Moreover, please also send the minutes of meeting of District Review Committee on monthly basis to this office through e-mail at ddm.cmmf@gmail.com.
