The Sindh government issued a letter on 12-10-2021 regarding the Grant of Basic Pay Scale 16 from BS 11 for Engineers in Sindh. So, the finance department in Sindh has issued letter No. FD(SR-II)3-143/2018/Pt-I.
In addition, the finance has been submitted to the secretary irrigation department Sindh. Similarly, the government of Sindh has submitted to other 5 department secretaries.
Grant of Basic Pay Scale 16 from BS 11 for Engineers in Sindh
In other words, the subject is the grant of the basic pay scale BS-16 to graduate, B-Tech, Diploma holders, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Sub-Engineers BS-11. So, the government has advised the administrative department to furnish working papers. Therefore, all employees will get BS-16 mentioned in the letter. The employees include graduate/ B-Tech diploma holders and sub-engineers.

Above all, the department will furnish the working papers for the sub-engineers like Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, etc.
At last, the engineers will get basic pay scale 16 which was BS-11 now. But they will get soon after recommendations of the finance department Sindh.
