School Employees PERs & ACRs Preparation has started or HRMS Data in 2021. So, the teaching staff will prepare. Similarly, the district officers will scan it.
The letter has submitted to chief officers in the districts of Punjab. The directorate of public instructions has prepared this letter for teaching staff.

However, the files regarding PERs or ACRs have prepared to scan and upload. For this purpose, the DPI has generated to take rapid action on it.
Dr. Murad Raas wants to facilitate the teaching staff in Punjab. So, all officers and officials will get PERs online now. Before that SEDHR Punjab for HRMS data of teachers have started. Therefore, all teachers are happy in this regard. Because they will prepare it for one time. Similarly, they will take success the whole life.

In addition, the government wants to enhance transparency in the promotion of teachers. The officers will promote teachers on merit. It will help not only officers but also the school employees.
It has said that the ministerial staff will prepare these PER files too. The officials of the District education officer are responsible to prepare and maintain these files.
At last, you all remember that this task will be completed within 10 days. I think till 31st January 2021.
