Revised Rates Utility Allowance 2020 for Punjab Civil Secretariat Employees
Mr. Abdullah Khan Sumbal Secretary of Finance has issued a notification No. FD.SR-I/9-14/2002 (P-I) Finance Department Punjab dated 27th December 2019.  So, this is a grant of utility allowance 2020.
In other words, the Utility allowance 2020 has revised it the competent authority of Punjab province.
Before that, a summary has submitted to the chief minister of Punjab for approval. So it is approved by the chief minister of Punjab and it is a notification of the finance secretary for Punjab civil secretariat employees.

Revised Rates Utility Allowance 2020 for Punjab Civil Employees

In January 2017 a notification was issued for this mentioned allowance and the budget was increased in the financial year 2019-2020 for civil secretariat employees. All the employees working in the civil secretariat from basic scale 1 to basic scale 17 will avail of this utility allowance 2020 with the effect from 1 January 2020.
Revised Rates:
The revised rate of allowance from BPS-01 to BPS-08 will be 6000 rupees. The existing rate is 3000 rupees.
Above all, the revised rate of allowance from BPS-09 to BPS-14 will be 8000 rupees. The existing rate is 4000 rupees.
The revised rate of utility allowance for BPS-15 employees will be 10,000 rupees. The existing rate is 5000 rupees.
However, the revised rate of utility allowance from BPS-16 to BPS-17 is 14,000 rupees. The existing rate is 7000 rupees.
In addition, Other department employees who are out of the Punjab civil secretariat, are protesting against this Punjab provincial government. So, It has said that the Punjab employees will take relief. Similarly, this relief has given to only secretariat employees which is not right.
At last, We all are a citizen of Punjab Pakistan. No one is listening to other employees and relief is given to secretariat employees. Therefore, ILMILOG’s official team is protesting for these employees’ rights through its media links.
