This is a Notification NO.SO (BOARDS) 12-412015. So, the government of Punjab, the higher education department has Invited the BISE Controller of Examination & Secretary Applications. This notification has Issued dated Lahore, 24^th December 2019. So, it is for Vacant Posts Applications of Secretary and Controller of boards of intermediate and secondary education in Punjab.

However, It has submitted to the following offices,

1.      The Secretary (Services) Government of Punjab (S&GAD)

2.      The Secretary Government of Punjab SED School Education-Department

3.      The Director of Public Instructions DPI Colleges & Secondary Education Punjab

4.      The Additional Secretary Colleges Govt. of Punjab Higher Education Department HED

 Subject: INVITATION OF APPLICATIONS FOR THE VACANT POSTS OF SECRETARIES / CONTROLLERS OF EXAMINATIONS, Punjab BOARD OF INTERMEDIATE AND SECONDARY EDUCATION IN THE PUNJAB

In addition, it has directed here to refer to the given subject above. So, this has stated that HED Higher Education Department invites applications for the posts of Secretary, Punjab Boards. Similarly,  Bahawalpur, DG Khan, Faisalabad,  Gujranwala, Lahore, Sahiwal & Sargodha and Controller of Examinations, BISE Board  Lahore, DG Khan, & Rawalpindi with the  following criteria of eligibility:

BISE Controller of Examination & Secretary:

i.                 Only the officers working in BS-18/19 are eligible for the post of Secretary or Controller of Examinations.

ii.                Officers of the school, college, and other services like PAS or PMS may apply for this post if they are eligible.

iii.              Candidate must have M.Sc. or M.A or the same qualification. Moreover, a candidate preferred having a Ph.D. degree.

iv.         A candidate must have a five-year service before retirement now.

v.         Administrative experience must be three years at least.

vi.        A candidate who has availed a tenure before can apply now but the candidates have two or more than two tenures, then they can not apply for these posts.

Therefore, it has directed to request you to kindly circulate in your subordinate offices to submit applications of Interested candidates including Certified copies of educational certificates or diplomas, degrees experience certificates, CNIC,  detailed CV, and departmental permission, unmistakably featuring all components of qualification criteria, individual traits, and one late identification size photo, of reasonable officials to this office by 03. January 2020 emphatically. Advance duplicates of the applications will likewise be considered.
