Punjab Government School Education Department has issued a letter dated 07-12-2017. The Timeline Educators and AEOs have uploaded for NTS Jobs 2017 under Recruitment Policy 2017-18
It is submitted to administrator PITB, Program Director PMIU Punjab Lahore, Director General QAED Punjab Lahore, all representative magistrates chairmen region training experts in Punjab, and all CEOs of District Education Authorities in Punjab.
Subject: Timeline for work of Educators and AEOs under Recruitment Policy 2017-18.
However, It has further intended to say that after sanctioning of recruitment policy 2017-18,. Therefore, the NTS exam has called the applicants for viewing check against posts of the diverse category of Educators and AEOs. As provided by the districts. So, the screening test will be held from 27th December to 30th December 2017 at District Headquarters.
In addition, all CEOs DEAs along with DEOs will be present in the centers at the time of opening of question paper packets and will also monitor the test for the entire period.
Similarly, the Chairman PITB and program director PMIU are requested to coordinate with the national testing service for transfer of data of applicants, and prepare and provide software to the districts for recruitment of educators and AEOs for smooth and transparent completion of the recruitment process.
The Program Director, PMIU is requested to expedite the process of hiring a firm for TPV.
The Director-General of Quaid-E-Azam Academy for Educational Development is requested to make arrangements regarding the training of Educators and AEOs. Training modules may also be revised in the light of new initiatives particularly ECE teacher training 100% retention, assessment, LND, Functioning of the school council, school security, timetable, education calendar, Non-Salary Budget, Child-friendly schools CFS, monitoring, mentoring, supervision of Primary schools through AEOs and service rules and policies.
