The government has started the Online E-Pension Case System School Education Punjab. All Teachers may apply now for retirement. So, the school education department has issued a letter in 2023-2024.

However, a teacher will apply online for his retirement before 3 months of retirement date. Therefore, ilmilog team has uploaded instructions and necessary things here in detail.

Attached Documents:

It is necessary to upload the following documents with application of retirement.

1. Forwarding letter from DDO or DEO concerned.
2. Attested copy of CNIC by DDO.
3. Passport Size Photo.
4. Pension Sanctioned Authority form (B-I, B-IV, D-I, D-II, Annexure-A etc.) signed by pension sanctioning authority PSA.
5. List of Family Members verify by PSA.
6. Copy of FRC (Family Registration Certificate) of NADRA attested by DDO.
7. Option for Commutation (self department concerned)
8. Last Payment certificate LPC
9. Service Statement
10. Original Service Book.
11. Bank Option form duly verified by the concerned bank alongwith copy of indemnity bond if available.
12. Indemnity Bond (Optional)
13. Last Computerized Pay Slip
14. Original Retirement letter /Order
15. Affidavit in Original
