Today I am sharing a letter regarding Punjab Civil Servants Amendment Ordinance 2021. So, the accountant general Punjab Lahore has issued a letter to the Finance department.
However, the government has issued this letter on 27-08–2021. Therefore, this letter has been submitted to the section officer finance department government of Punjab Lahore.
Punjab Civil Servants Amendment Ordinance 2021 AGP Letter
In addition, the accountant general Punjab has referred the previous two letters issued in the month of May this year. So, the government agrees to amend the rules now.
In other words, the AGP has written about the pending cases of retirement in the district account offices in the province. So, the account offices have complained about the payment of voluntary retirement cases.
Similarly, they have amended the ordinance 2021 about the qualifying service of 25 years. If anyone wants to get retirement then he will fulfill the following two options.
- 25 years Qualifying Service
- 55 years of Age on retirement.

Above all, the government has amended this Punjab civil servants ordinance. Therefore, all cases regarding retirement are pending payment in the account offices.
At last, now it is difficult for employees to get retire. They will not fulfil the 55 years of age option on retirement after getting qualifying for 25 years of service.
