Sindh Employees Budget Speech 2021-2022 was presented on 15th June 2021. So, the Sindh government has announced a @20% Salary increase as an Adhoc relief allowance in 2021.
However, Murtaza Wahab has tweeted for a 20 pc salary increase before the budget. After the budget speech, it was clear that the government in Sindh has increased 20 percent salaries.

In addition, Syed Murad Ali Shah spoke in the Sindh Assembly for a Budget Speech. He has presented a Tax-free Budget of 1477 billion rupees.
Salary Increase as Adhoc Relief Allowance ARA-2021:
The government of Sindh has doubled the salaries of than federal and Punjab. So, the provincial employees will get a 20 percent more salary in July 2021.
Pension Increase:
The Sindh govt has announced a 10 percent increase in the pension for retired employees and their families. This increase is the same as an increase from the PTI government.

Special Allowance:
As you know the federal govt has given disparity reduction allowance for their employees w.e.f 1st March 2021. Similarly, the KPK and Punjab govt have announced a special allowance from 1st June 2021. But this increase for all employees from grade 1 to 22.
However, the Sindh govt has announced a special allowance for employees grade 1 to grade 5 only.
