Press Release SOW-I(S&GAD) 1-3/2008(P-II) Eid Holidays 2021 Eid-Ul-Fitr Punjab. So, the services and general administration of Punjab have issued this press release on 4th May 2021.
However, NCOC (National Command & Operation Centre has notified in the meeting on 29 April 2021.

In addition, the govt of Pakistan has notified earlier. So, the interior ministry has issued the notification regarding the eid-ul-Fitr holidays 2021. Therefore, the Punjab govt has taken steps in this regard. As per general information, it has notified that the Muslim employees will observe eid holidays from 10th to 15th May 2021.
In other words, the employees will observe public holidays from Monday to Saturday for One week. So, the first chance this time that there are 9 holidays for all employees in the country.
As you know that coronavirus 3rd wave is affecting people in the world. Therefore, the chairman NCOC has decided to give long eid holidays on this eid ul Fitr.
