Secretary Finance Department & APCA Charter of Demands 2021. A letter No.S0P-II (S&GAD) 12-19/ 2017 has issued. So, the Punjab government (services and general administration department S&Gad has worked on this letter. Therefore, the letter has issued in Lahore, the 24th February 2021.

However, this letter has submitted to the following officers,

  1. The Secretary Finance Department Punjab Government.
  2. Secretary, Government of the Punjab, Zakat & Usher Department.
  3. The Secretary, Funds, S&GA Department.

SUBJECT: REQUEST FOR APPROVAL OF APCA CHARTER OF DEMANDS.

In addition, it has directed to refer to the subject noted above and to enclose herewith a copy of letter no. APCA/P1323/Vo1-II dated 17.02.2021, received from All Pakistan Clerks Association (APCA), Punjab, for further necessary action pertaining to your department as per rules/policy under intimation to this department.

Above all, I hope that the government of Punjab will work soon on Disparity reduction Allowance. As you know that the federal government is near to issue a notification. APCA has announced that if the government does not issue a notification till 28th February. Then they will protest again in Islamabad and all over the country.

At last, the employees of Pakistan are hoping good from the PTI government this year. But some employees are expecting the same as a previous year experience.
