Federal Budget Speech 2020:

In addition, Budget Speech 2020 has presented on 12th June (Friday) Federal Minister Hamad Azhar has presented this budget speech 2020-21. It is sorry to say that there is nothing for employees regarding pay and pension increase. All employees were waiting for the last two years to listen to good news from the PTI government. But now these employees are protesting against this policy of this government.

However, after Pakistan federal budget, all provincial government will present their independent budget. All employees are hoping that the provincial government except the Sindh government will follow the federal government policy.

APCA Protest:

APCA ( All Pakistan Clerks Association) is working for all employees in Pakistan. After the budget speech, they are protesting against the government. They are in the favour of employees of Pakistan. All employees are suffering these days due to inflation. So, APCA will work with them.

APCA is a strong association of employees particularly lower scale employees. They are demanding to increase the salary and pension. In all big cities, APCA representatives are protesting against the budget speech. As all, you know that Hamad Azhar has not discussed pay and pension in this recent budget speech. In other words, APCA will enhance its protest in the country. They are saying that if the government will not present mini-budget and no increase in pay and pension. Then this PTI government will face strong protest from APCA.
